Michael Dedrick is a 2009 RHP with a 6'3'', 185 lb. frame from Cedar City, UT who attends Canyon View. Dedrick has a very good pitchers build and a fast arm. His fastball sat 87-90 topping at 91 and he threw strikes with it. He has a simple delivery and efficient mechanics. His curveball has an 11/5 break with bite and he also uses a good change with good fade. He is athletic on the mound and projects to keep getting better. He has verballed to San Diego and he is an outstanding student. Very talented RHP to watch closely.
