Mark Hernandez is a 2012 1B/3B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Florida Christian. Big frame with strength and more to come. Showed good arm action and arm strength from infield and outfield. Ball shows carry and comes out clean. At the plate, lets the ball travel and attacks it with a big power swing. Looks to pull the ball. Makes good contact and the ball comes off his bat well. Lots of power potential. Over the top arm action on the mound. Slow to plate with long arm action. Showed consistent fastball velocity and flashed a curveball as well. Good student.
