Christian Rozeboom is a 2015 SS/C with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Sioux Center, IA who attends Sioux Center HS. Big strong athletic frame. Very good quickness in the middle infield, plays too shallow negating some of that range, quick exchange from a low release, tends to field the ball deep to his body, looks to have a centerfield profile and tool set. Right handed hitter, straight stance, rotational swing, wrapped start, keeps hands tight to body throughout swing, can improve extension out front, generates some bat speed through strength, ball comes off the barrel well when squared. Didn't run the sixty as he came straight from the Drake Relays track meet, has obvious speed that has to be factored in to his baseball tool set. Want to see more of due to athleticism but raw skills in baseball. Excellent student.
