Philip Prendergast is a 2013 OF/ with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Manhattan Beach, CA who attends South Bay Faith Academy. Looks the part of a prospect with a long lean athletic build. Bat to ball ability really stood out in games, good hand-eye coordination and bat speed Showed the ability to use the whole field in game action and projects to develop power with physical maturity. Had a good round of BP and showed the ability to recognize pitches well and was very impressive in game action. Lacks a standout defensive tool but speed plays up better than 7.11 60 yard dash time. Good student.
