Spencer Rich is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Port St Lucie, FL who attends Lincoln Park Academy. Strong athletic build, good present strength. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, loose arm, simple mechanics, repeats well, compact, tight 10-4 curveball with good shape, nice feel for pitching, around the zone, good projection on the mound. Consistent contact at the plate, goes to all fields, line-drive approach, will improve with adjustments in approach. Solid student.
