Holt Davis is a 2013 1B/C with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who is Home Schooled. Long lean athletic frame, projects to add strength. Right handed hitter, good quick hands, loose swing with some bat speed and extension out front, squares up the ball well, some lift in swing, weight tends to stay over his back side costing him power and raw bat speed, has the hitting tools to improve. Outstanding hands at first base, can really pick it, has some flair, 7.11 runner with athletic ability. Also caught, showed quickness behind the plate, raw receiving skills but has some potential there. Should continue to improve in all areas.
