Ryan Sloma is a 2014 C/ with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Flower Mound, TX who attends Flower Mound. Has a medium compact build with good present strength. He gains ground behind the plate with good blocking skills, displays an accurate arm with strength, and has lateral ability. Starts with a wide base at the plate with a toe-tap trigger and an aggressive contact approach. Line drive swing plane with pop in his bat, goes with pitches well. Has good baseball instincts and will take the extra base when given an opportunity. Is a good student.
