Eric Oberg is a 2012 RHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Wellesley, MA who attends Belmont Hill. Lean athletic build with strength and more room to fill. Has an idea on the mound. Good arm speed with arm quickness from a 3/4 slot. Medium to short arm action, does not get full extension in back, some extension out front in follow thru. Comfortably 83-85, up to 87. Curveball had 11/5 spin with good spin and tilt. Also threw a curveball at 80, potential #3 pitch with developing feel. Repeatable mechanics and good command. Good potential, interesting arm to watch. Good student.
