Jose Yadriel Rolon is a 2015 C with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Cidra, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Medium, strongly built, proportioned frame. Looks the part behind the plate. Ran a 7.55 60 yard dash. Shows quick twitch actions behind the plate and has a high release point on his throws. Shows solid raw arm with good carry. Makes accurate throws and has repeatable, advanced actions. Bats left-handed, works from a slightly open, high hand set and stays on top of the ball. Consistently squared the ball and stays inside the ball. Starts from an upright start and has life off the barrel. Very good student.
