Lukas Egetmeyer is a 2006 C/OF with a 6'3'', 198 lb. frame from Buchenach, Germany, who attends Freie Waldorfschule St. Georgen. Lukas has a tall athletic build and looks to be a good all-around athlete. He is a switch-hitter that is fairly similar from both sides. He shows good balance with easy swings from both sides of the plate. Mechanically he is sound but does not seem to be used to playing at this level. Lukas is athletic behind the plate and light on his feet. He is a little stiff at times and needs to relax some behind the plate. Lukas is a player that would be a solid junior college prospect.
