Roberto Baldenebro is a 2015 RHP/SS with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Hacienda Heights, CA who attends Los Altos. Medium frame with a high waist, slender build with room to fill. Pitches from a three quarters arm slot with a long arm action. Good three pitch mix including feel for an 11-5 curveball and good late diving action on splitter with deceptive arm speed. Located fastball effectively on both sides of the plate, can get more out of lower half in delivery, quick arm and has remaining projection. Short hand load at the plate with a quick swing and good direction. Good student. Named to the Sunshine West Top Prospect Team.
