2003 World Showcase
Franks is an average sized INF with some fringe tools. He projects nicely as a 2B at the next level. He looks like he runs much better than the 60 time we got in Ft Myers. He's a good baserunner. He has good hands. He can swing the wood and hit. Good swing and line drive hitting ability. Really uses the middle of the field to hit. Stayed back on the off speed against some real hard throwers. Hit some breaking balls hard. The ball jumps off his bat. He needs to get into a good program that will allow him to develop. He can hit at a high level.
