Garrett Roualdes is a 2007 OF/C with a 6'2'', 175 lb. frame from Sonoma CA, who attends Justin Siena. Roualdes has a tall body with a lean projectable build. Defensively he has arm strength with solid arm speed. Roualdes has a clean release and the ball comes out of his hand well. He moves around well in the outfield and has pretty good range. At the plate, Roualdes starts with a wide stance and uses a leg lift trigger as a timing mechanism to start his swing. He has a slightly open stance and gets closed at load. His swing is on a line drive path and looks to pull the ball. Roualdes has strong hands and looks to hit with more power as his body fills out. The ball comes off his bat well and it jumps when he centers the ball up. Roualdes is an interesting prospect and should be followed.
