Christensen is a 5-10, 165 lb, 2006 middle infielder from Alpine, Utah with a strong lean frame. Defensively, Christensen showed good defensive actions with a nice quick release from middle infield. Christensen swings from the left side of the plate and uses a nice line drive approach. He swings from a wide base with bent knees and has good balance in his swing. Christensen stays back well and stays in the hitting zone for a long time. Christensen showed the ability to hit the ball to all fields with some bat control Christensen is a very good student and should continue to improve.
