Trent Fuller is a 2008 MIF/3B/C with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from Fairfield, CA who attends Fairfield HS. He has a lean, strong body type that ='s going to get stronger as he gets older. Fuller hits from a high handed open approach with a tall stance and limited stride. His swing is a bit rotational but has a good downward plane through the ball. Fuller squared up on the ball hard to the middle of the field in the games and put consistently good swings on the ball. He has the physical tools to hit at the next level. Defensively, Fuller projects to third base, especially as he fills out. He has enough arm strength and a quick, efficient arm stroke and release that gets rid of the ball immediately. His lateral range is good and he has a good feel for moving through the ball. Fuller has baseball actions and instincts and comes from a baseball family; his brother plays for the U. of Texas.
