Nick Torres is a 2008 RHP with a 6'0'', 200 lb. frame from Huntington Beach, CA who attends Edison. Nick has a medium frame with strength. He has good arm speed and his fastball had a range of 84-87. He worked fast on the mound and attacked hitters. He showed to breaking balls which both were solid. His changeup was excellent with very good sink and fade action. He mixed pitches well and had some deception which caused numerous swings and misses for the hitters. He made the top prospect list and will be a successful college pitcher.
