Elam Brown is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Prestonsburg, KY who attends Prestonsburg. Medium, stocky, athletic frame. Has plus foot speed, ran a 6.72 60 yard dash. Arm strength is still developing from the outfield, but shows sound actions and covers a lot of ground. Bats right-handed, works from a square, balanced setup. Shows a compact stroke and hits to the middle of the field. Knows how to use his speed in game action. Very good student.
