Jason Tarapasky is a 2013 RHP/ with a 6-0 201 lb. frame from Pierrefonds, QC who attends Lindsay Place HS. Medium frame with a solid mature build and present strength. He has a smooth balanced delivery with a hip turn at the top. Throws from a 3/4 slot and gets good arm side run on FB that topped out at 84. Threw a sweeping 11/5 CB at 72 mph with good 2 plane movement. His FB and CB compliment each other well. Also showed good feel for his CH which sat at 77-78 mph with good sink and depth. A right handed hitter with good bat speed. Has some lift in his swing and looks to drive the ball to the pull side. Made hard line drive contact in BP. Also ran a 7.09 60 yard dash. Good student.
