Liam Carter is a 2014 RHP/ with a 6-7 170 lb. frame from Highland Park, IL who attends Highland Park. Carter has a tall and lean body with a projectable build. He pitches from an overhand arm slot with a long arm action. Carter has good arm speed and his arm works well. He uses a high leg kick and pitches to both sides effectively with his fastball. Carter got ahead of hitters well and is a strike thrower. He has a clean delivery and projects for more velocity. Carter throws an 11/5 curveball with good spin and bite to it. He has feel for his curveball and located it well in any count. Carter is a fast twitch athlete and he ran an impressive 6.96. Very good student, named to Top Prospect Team.
