Kyle Roy is a 2013 3B/RHP/1B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Yucaipa, CA who attends Yucaipa HS. Solid athletic build, good present strength. Right handed hitter, short rotational swing, limited lower 1/2 use, line drive swing plane, spray line drive contact to all fields, has strength but not the separation to use it at present. 7.76 runner, good hands on defense, clean transfers, compact arm action. Also pitched, works from the stretch, fastball to 84 mph, good arm side run when down in zone, power curveball with 11/5 shape and hard late break, curveball is an out pitch. Good temp to delivery and pitches with confidence, mixes well. Graded out higher as a pitcher this event. Good student.
