Mallett is an "04" SS/2B from Iowa. At 5'7/145 he is athletic, but not big and strong. He runs well and shows nice hands with good body control. His arm is not a major strength and will profile him as a 2B. While he's not the strongest guy, he shows very good hitting ability. He has a nice swing that will be a big benefit as he gets bigger and stronger. Brad is a good student and will play at the next level.
