La'Darius Thomas is a 2013 OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Milledgeville, GA who attends Baldwin HS. Large projectable frame, athletic solid build, with room to fill. Fields the ball to the side in the outfield, gets his feet to the ball, long arm action, throws from a lower arm slot, accurate throws. Upright high hand set to start at the plate, contact patient approach, jumpy load, good lead-off hitter, hits the ball where it pitched, hits to all fields, uses bottom half well, stays inside the ball well, good baseball instincts. Is an outstanding student.
