Easton Walker is a 2015 SS/RHP with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Pleasant Grove, UT who attends Pleasant Grove HS. Shorter athletic build, has some present strength. Right handed hitter, aggressive swing with some stride/swing length, shows bat speed, stays balanced and hits through the ball, sees the ball and works counts and showed the ability to jump on mistakes in the zone, hits with confidence and makes good decisions. Scrappy defensive player, plays above his physical tools and makes plays, quick hands and turn on the double play, soft hands, will have to work hard on improving lower half quickness and speed. Also pitched and is a two-way prospect, clean delivery and arm action, has all the pitches and throws strikes. Mid 80's fastball topped at 87 mph, throws both a curveball and slider with good spin, some change up feel, mixes it up well and competes. Good all around baseball player.
