Kort Peterson is a 2013 OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Aptos, CA who attends St. Francis HS. Nice athletic build, some present strength, projects. 6.60 runner, speed plays up in games, very good arm strength from an over the top release, strong, accurate on line throws. Left handed hitter, short compact swing, low effort but plus bat speed, showed power and ability to drive the ball, swing mechanics not consistent yet. Has all the tools and athleticism to keep improving in all areas. Good student, verbal commitment to Washington.
