Raymond Filiberti is a 2012 1B/OF with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Poway, CA who attends Poway HS. Extra large build, good present strength. Good runner for his size, 7.13 in the 60. Low elbow throwing action in the outfield, lacks present flow through release, accurate throws, also plays first base. Right handed hitter, low tight hands, early open stride, dives in through contact, hands stay inside and short to the ball, some hand quickness, mid field to opposite field line drive contact, limited extension out front, flashes hand strength when squared up. Good student.
