Giovanni Lasalandra is a 2011 OF/SS with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Warwick, NY who attends Warwick Valley HS. Lasalandra has an athletic build, hits from both sides, square on both sides of plate, line drive swing plane and opposite field approach with good bat speed, from right side, pull approach good extension, squares up ball well from left side, defensively, from the OF, medium arm action, feet work well, solid actions, on the infield, solid actions, short arm action, quick transfer and release.
