James English is a 2012 RHP/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Smithtown, NY who attends Smithtown West. Medium lean build. Solid 2-way player. Fastball up to 85 with good movement to either side of the plate. Mixed in hard slider (up to 80) with a 77 mph change up that flashed good sink. Good balance at the plate, quick hands, short swing. Solid 3B skills, good hands and feet, throws carry.
