2004 Western Underclass Showcase
Mark is a 2006 grad from Aliso Viejo, California with a lean, wiry frame, good athletic proportions and the room to add plenty of strength in the future. Mark has good hands and footwork for the infield positions and showed us the ability to make the routine play consistently. He has some arm strength with good athletic ability to play either middle position at present level. At the plate, Mark has a tall stance and gets out to his front side quickly while showing some bat speed. Has a good sense of timing towards the contact point and with added strength could develop into a aggressive hitter that will be productive.
