Greg Guers is a 2011 1B/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Langhorne, PA who attends Germantown Academy. Guers has a solid athletic frame with room to fill out, hits from a square stance, pure swing, shows good bat speed, made consistent solid contact all weekend, the ball jumps off his bat as he hit 2 long home runs in BP, shows ability to go to opposite field but mostly is to pull side, has loose quick hands at contact and should continue to improve, defensively, fields ball out front, good feet, tracks the ball well in RF.
