Ben Guilfoyle is a 2011 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Romeoville, IL who attends Plainfield East. Guilfoyle has an athletic build. He hits from an open stance, quick hands, good weight shift, strength in legs, squares up well, good line drive contact to all fields. Gets around the ball in the infield, solid footwork, long arm action, solid arm strength. Also pitched, drop and drive delivery, medium arm action, online, all 3 pitches have movement, mixes well. He is an outstanding student.
