Joshua DeBoer is a JC RHP with a 6'4'', 205 lb. frame from Coralville, IA who attends Des Moines Area CC. Nice pitcher's build, some maturity and strength. Drifts in delivery, high quick wrap in back, quick arm with good looseness out front, inconsistent release points. Upper 80's fastball, touched 90 mph, gets cutting action on FB on glove side. SL shows nice sharpness at times, good depth. Good arm strength but still at thrower stage. Still 18 years old at this event.
