Garrett Gould is a 2009 RHP/OF/1B with a 6'4'', 190 lb. frame from Wichita, KS who attends Maize. Gould has a very good projectable pitchers build and used a OT arm slot to pitch in the low 90's at the Metrodome. He has a full circle arm action with a bit of a herky jerky delivery that is deceptive and throws downhill. He throws a hard curveball with a sharp 11/5 break and also mixes in a straight change. He works the corners well and seems to have a good feel for pitching. . Garrett has a great arm and really projects as he continues to mature and refine his delivery. Gould is very talented!
