Adam Eggnatz is a 2011 OF/IF, RHP with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Brooks-Debartolo Collegiate. Tall athletic build, long limbs, wiry strenght, projects physically. Plus runner with good range in CF, light on his feet with a good arm and carry on his throws. Good defensive CF. Has scrapped switch hitting to concentrate on hitting from his natural side (right) and it has paid off. Showed increased his strength at contact while maintaining the good hand speed he has shown in the past. Squares up well, has improved at the plate and will continue to develop as a hitter with small mechanical improvements. Beginning to realize his high upside. Excellent student, committed to Coastal Carolina.
