Court Zollinger is a 2009 C/2B with a 5'11'', 190 lb. frame from Bountiful, UT who attends Judge Memorial Catholic. Zollinger has a medium sized frame with a thicker build. Defensively, Zollinger has arm strength with some carry on his throws down to second base. He has arm speed with projectable velocity. Zollinger has developing receiving skills and has good transfers. He has a good release and solid catch and throw tools. At the plate, Zollinger starts with a slightly open stance and uses a rhythm approach. He has some length to swing and generates bat speed. Zollinger has a good set up and swings on a line drive path. He gets the barrell to the baseball and makes consistent solid line drive contact. He showed good patience in the games and tracks the ball well. Zollinger is an outstanding student.
