Sean Kasser is a 2008 C with a 5'11'', 180 lb. frame from Pinehurst, TX who attends Tomball. Kasser has a medium build with a strong core. Defensively he is very fundamentally sound and has a quick accurate arm from behind the plate. His release is quick, and he threw out 2 runners who attempted to steal on him during games. At the plate he hits from a closed stance with a narrow base and uses a short load. He has a nice level swing plane that creates solid contact and some good line drives. He has power potential, and the ability to shoot the ball from gap to gap. Kasser is also a good student.
