John Starcevich is a 2010 OF/P with a 6''', 170 lb. frame from Orland Park, IL who attends St. Rita. Starcevich has a good athletic build, hits from a square wide base, occasional solid contact, good bat speed, hands work, a little rotational, defensively, short arm action, good accuracy, good arm strength, good speed (6.94 sixty). He also pitches, 3/4 arm slot, short quick loose arm action, solid action on all three pitches, fastball has late sink, hard sharp curve ball and a lively change up. He is also a good student.
