Good ole Nate Yeskie rears his arrogant head again...6 batters too late. After 2 visits to the mound and watch Arizona crush him through 2 innings he should've been pulled early in the 3rd. Moore just doesn't look like the freshman phenom we saw last year.

For as good as we looked yesterday we look that pathetic today. I think Morrison is a strikeout away from crying in the dugout.

Agree...but Yeskie is too arrogant to ever mix up HIS rotation.

Thanks DM, your recaps are typically a bit more honest than most media departments...I think your 2nd USCe score is wrong though.

At some point, despite his awful decisions, Nate Yeskie is going to have a hard time recruiting kids with the blatant verbal abuse he gives players on the field. He is such a douchebag, I hope some school is stupid enough to take him and his undeserved pitching coach of the year award.

Yeah the announcers are awful. Nice to see the Beavs start the game hot. Jace is looking good too. I do think Moore needs to be moved to Sunday or midweek until he finds his stuff again.

Just make myself or DM admins in this clubhouse...we both frequent enough that we can clean it up from the spam.

Wetzler is Friday starter period.

Then I'd move fry to saturday.

Let moore find himself against the other teams weakest weekend starter. We should put up enough runs for Moore to gain back his confidence.

If not move Schultz or even (it hurts to say it) Reser who has really been throwing some filthy stuff (Just don't know if he has 7 full in him?) Into the sunday position.

I don't think Moore is "broke" but something has to change because we can't go 2-1 or 1-2 every series and expect the end of season results these guy want.

Heck at this point I think Sunday should be open to a pitch by committee with short leashes, drop moore in and the second he looks iffy or everyone is cranking him, pull him and throw in schultz....same thing then throw in reser....should get you close to 9 innings.

Things are going to get interesting...Kendall is bringing in a new PAC-12 team to his rankings this week...UW at 18. Duckies only dropped 3 on their 2-3 week to 11...Beavs stayed the same at 7.

Really wish I could've gone OSU 2.5-0.5 as moore is a huge question mark at this point in his Sophomore season.

Bob - That was my favorite post of the year. I was surprised at the lack of reaction I got when I said it, glad the impact was as intended HAHA!

Good question, I don't think you can (as least from last year) in order to stream games that are on TV you have to have a participating cable subscription.

I sat with your Brother and wife for a half inning today, FB. I actually sat with him at the Super's last year. Great guy! As far as Bob goes, he's a class act (partially because he agrees with me on the fact that Yeskie is an @$$hat) proud to call him a friend.

Washington without a doubt, it's really really cool to see 3 of the 4 Pacific Northwest schools leading (arguably) the deepest conference in the nation.

I feel it's a credit to what Pat Casey has done at Oregon State, opening the floodgates for good recruits to stay at home in the PacNW and allow good out of state players to come in as well.

This area, for a long time, was void of respect from the baseball community due to geographic weather limitations, lack of competitiveness, and facilities. You look at the UW Huskies new ballpark and the pond chicken's PK Park in Eugene, some of the best stadiums in the nation (if you aren't judging just on crowd size).

I'm curious to see what happens with ULL, they have probably the easiest schedule from here on out, and it seems like their notable wins against respectable teams from respectable conferences were midweek games against the #4 and #5 pitchers from those teams. Yet everyone is really high on their, in my opinon, offense which hasn't faced legit pitching. Will they just back into a national seed despite their weak schedule (are they the Men's Basketball Witchita State of College Baseball?). FYI they are currently #151 on strength of schedule.

Beavs have yet to play Washington 15, Oregon 32, UCLA 59, California 61, Washington State 89, and Southern California 91, Sacramento State is 131, and they only have 1 game left against Portland 234. If they win things will sort themselves out, if they win the PAC-12 then they really need only be around 12-15 is my guess.
