Great call on Marco.

For the final utility spot on our AA team, it was actually Marco or Austin Maddox from Florida. Issues with the power rankings is distinguishing which position he belongs in ... same situation with Maddox and his Gators teammate, Brian Johnson.

Noticed Matt Price listed as #2 relief pitcher.
I did speak with coach Tanner and I asked him if the situation came up and Price was available, would they use him as a closer? He said what I expected. "Absolutely"

USC,
You hit the nail on the head. We had him as a reliever for two reasons: 1) The Gamecocks have said in the past Price would start .... then he stayed as closer, and 2) That's where he projects at the next level. Now, if Matt goes five or six weeks without a relief appearance, we'll probably shift some things. For now, we feel that's the best place to have him.

South Carolina got a steal with getting him back for another season.
