Big day for the CCU program, this project has been green lit and then red lit more times than I can count, and recruits have been shown renderings going back at least 6 or 7 years. It's pretty incredible to see how far they have come, what a job by Coach Gilmore and staff, and with a stadium like this, Omaha feels just one step closer.
Preliminary timeline looks like construction would start after this season and the Chants would be playing in the Pelicans stadium for the 2013 season and move back to campus starting in 2014.
