Team USA is coming off a win over the 18U prospects:
#TeamUSA CNT beat the 18U prospects 8-1 Sat. #Missouri P Eric Anderson with 7 shutout innings, #OregonState P Matt Boyd 1 R allowed in 2IP.
Also worth noting, #TAMU OF Tyler Naquin with a two-hit day while #ArizonaState SS Deven Marrero with two hits and three RBIs. #Aggies #ASU

I saw the game on July 3 in Durham. The US Team has some arms! Stroman from Duke was absolutely lights out. Live fastball with a nasty, nasty slider. He simply overmatched the youngsters from Japan.
