I understand that GT is going to drop in the rankings.. havent really been playing that well the last couple weeks. But IMO, dropping out of the top 10 might be a little too much after a hard fought series loss to UVA. Games were very close and UVA really caught some GREAT breaks out there.
Oconnor had his guys in the craziest fielding posiitons, especially in the OF. Balls were drilled right at them. NO other team we have played this season lined their guys up like that. It was either GREAT scouting, or just pure luck.. which I think is more likely.
Cant take anything away from UVA. They just have a bunch of ball players out there. No one that will really wow you IMO (Other than Hultzen). Solid group.
Series was very close a couple of key hits away from GT taking the series.
Oh yeah, Kendall I wasnt at the game sunday.. went to Braves-Phils game. Avett Brothers concert after game in the Ted. Pretty sweet.
