Out of curiosity what's the basis for you ranking Auburn over Arky at this juncture? Homerism aside of course.

Well his power poll contradicts that. Probably just a mistake. Maybe we'll see a repost, after he recovers from tonight's loss

Haha First off.. the top 8 is where I think the teams will stand at the end of the season.. secondly, what has Arkansas done? The combined record for Arkansas's opponents are 46-108..where AU's opponent record is 99-64.. You have a 12-1 record with an RPI of 58.. your SOS is 227.. so when Arkansas plays someone and beats someone.. ill put them ahead of Auburn

Well... I looked at Auburn's schedule since he called out the Hogs. I expected to see some big wins since he said we haven't played anyone. You beat College of Charleston.... congrats. You have for sure played better competition (Virginia & ASU), but you lost so that means nothing.
Lot of season to go and these things will play out fine. Auburn may be better than Arkansas and it won't hurt my pride if they are, we are supposed to be rebuilding this year. The only reason I brought it up is because it didn't say anything about how you thought it would end and I was just curious how you had Ark. behind Auburn when we had a better record. I hope you get a W Sunday vs. ASU. See you next weekend!!

Good win for Auburn today to avoid sweep and good job to LSU for sweeping Fullerton. Safe to say that LSU has reloaded very well.

No kidding.. I did not see the sweep of Fullerton coming.. LSU def the class of the West so far.. as far as Arky, we will settle this little dispute this coming weekend on the Plains.. I think both teams are pretty even and I could see the series going either way.. Good Luck!

Many of these questions will be answered this weekend, great to see the SEC appear to be pretty deep again. LSU vrs UF this weekend it does not get any better than that. LSU is predicting the largest crowds ever for this weekend. Geux Tigers

The Auburn/Arkansas series is definitely gonna be a good one. As for this weeks LSU/Florida series...i've talked to several people who were in school with me when i was at LSU who no longer live in Louisiana that are driving in for the weekend to go to this series. I live in Mobile, Alabama now and I'm damn sure not missing this one. I expect that there will be people turned away at the gate Friday Night. Florida is definitely the class of college baseball right now. Im excited to see how our young guns fare against the Gators
