Why doesn't UCLA have a freakin' live video stream? What a crock. I can understand Cal not having video; those Luddites just got electricity last month. But Los Angeles? Sheesh....

There is quite a few more Pac upsets that just 2. Hell, all us Beavers are upset we didn't beat UCLA tonight! That's gotta be like, what, 10 upsets or more!

Andre Agassi (a baseball novice, apparently) is in the house with his son Jaden. Jaden's mother is Steffi Graf, so the kid has a great tennis pedigree, but baseball is reportedly his favorite sport.

As a Dodger fan, I have to wince when the kid claims the Giants are his favorite team, but there is hope: He likes black and orange. If that doesn't convince him to root for OSU, then he's in Jackie Robinson Stadium and the movie "42" is soon to come out. So maybe he will change allegiances to the Boyz in Blue.

Conforto in the middle of a major slump. It's a good thing the 1, 2, 8, and 9 batters for OSU are 7 for 12, cuz the heart of the order this game (Conforto, Davis, Hayes) are 0 for 10.

And the Beavs shut out the Bruins while putting 5 across home plate.

Just listening to Mike Parker, OSU's radio guy. He said the top 3 hitters for OSU went 0 for 13 yesterday and the combined middle of the order went 1 for 22. Yet, the Beavs still won 5 -0.

Conforto has clearly improved his outfield play, however, he still has some work to do with his baserunning. He missed a great opportunity to score from 3rd on basehit. In an interview with Casey earlier in the year, he said the biggest concern right now of pro scouts is his base running.

Dylan Davis has shown poor base running on several occasions as well. Maybe they didn't teach those skills in Washington when they went to high school. At least Conforot still scored, on the Keyes sac fly, so no loss. But it hurts to see easy scoring advantages missed.

Great to see Wetlzer get started on the right foot. Last year and early this year, when he is pitching well, he is throwing strikes and resting on his defense to field the ball.

It's great to have Parker back announcing. While I enjoyed the other guy, Parker has such a nice way of painting pictures and talking about the little things that happen on the ball field. I actually enjoy listening to him more than watching the game.

It was great to hear him describe Conforto running bases on the single by Davis and how he rounded third base hard this time and was held up by the third base coach.
