- 3. Players stretch, get legs loose and play light catch.
- 4. Workout starts after registration 9:30 AM.
- Workout Format:
Adequate time will be given for warm-up
- 1. Catchers pop times
- 2. Infielder arm and fielding evaluation
- 3. Batting Practice
- 4. Pitchers stretch and receive rotation schedule
Pitchers may choose the maximum number of pitches they want to throw.
Players divided into teams for live scrimmage. Catchers in full gear.
Pitchers will throw live game situation against hitters utilizing entire floor surface. Pitcher will face batters.
