RHP-SS Jake Odorizzi, ’08 (Highland, IL): Highly athletic, very life fastball to 93 mph, big breaking slider, plus command potential.

RHP Kyle Stroup, 08 (Ingleside, IL): Big strong body, sits at 92 mph, power pitcher’s profile, surprisingly good feel for curveball/change/split.

RHP Chase Hentges, ‘08 (Shakopee, MN): 90-92 mph fastball, very projectable 6-5, 190 lb build, limited pitching experience, very high ceiling.

RHP Phil Schrieber, ’08 (Kaukauna, WI): FB steady at 90 mph, good balanced delivery, upper 70’s curveball is potential plus pitch.

RHP C.J. Rose, ’08 (St. Peters, MO): Very good athletic build, FB to 91 mph, ball comes out easy, power curveball, conversion from catcher.

RHP Madison Boer, ’08 (Eden Prairie, MN): 6-4, 225, smooth delivery and arm action, four quality pitches including upper 80’s fastball.

LHP Michael Heesch, ’08 (Crystal Lake, IL): Big and loose lefty, FB is 86 mph with life, big breaking curveball, plus command potential.

RHP Danny Sullivan, ’08 (Dodgeville, WI): Long, loose arm action, good projection, three quality pitches, fastball tops at 87 mph.

OF William Piwnica-Worms, ’08 (St. Louis, MO): Big, strong frame, quick bat, hits the ball hard to all fields, projects power.

SS Brance Rivera, ’08 (Muscatine, IA): Live athletic body, good extension in swing, has bat speed, projects very well.

C Geoffrey Rowen, ‘08 (Napervile, IL): Very good defensive catcher, plus quickness, aggressive line drive hitter with bat speed.

OF-LHP Jake Hermsen, ’08 (New London, WI): Athlete with strength, very good bat speed, attacks pitches, also mid 80’s lefty.

RHP W. Keenan Kish, ‘10 (Worcester, PA): Excellent projection, mid 80’s fastball, good feel for both CB and SL.

LHP Jonathon Carlson, ’09 (Rolling Meadows, IL): Nice framed 6-4 southpaw, 88 mph present fastball, projects well, slider best secondary pitch.

RHP Clay Wallace, ’10 (Carmel, IN): 88 mph fastball for a 2010, nice feel for live 2-seamer, big breaking slider.

RHP Jack DeAno, ‘09 (Wheaton, IL): Simple delivery, plus command potential, three very good pitches, 88 mph FB/CB/Chg, knows how to pitch.
