Temecula, CA
Top Prospect List
By Jeff Simpson
Christian Lopes, SS/RHP, Valencia HS, CA-A big-time two-way prospect that has tremendous tools at the plate and in the field. Christian touched 89 on the mound and will be on of the top players in the class of 2011.
Travis Harrison, OF, Tustin HS, CA-A physical specimen for a freshman, Harrison should be one of the elite power hitters in the entire class of 2011. He is also a sub 7.0 runner and has the rare speed and raw power combination.
Daniel Camarena, LHP/OF, Cathedral Catholic HS, CA-An ultra-talented two-way prospect, it is tough to figure out whether Daniel is better on the mound or at the plate. He is a very polished LHP, but also shows big time offensive tools.
William Kuhl, RHP/1B, Mission Viejo HS, CA-William is a very projectable prospect that makes everything look easy on the field. He has big upside on the mound, but also showed a very sound hitting approach from the left side.
Blake Burrell, OF/RHP, Canyon Springs HS, CA-Blake put together some impressive workouts numbers, while also being the second hardest thrower at the event. Topping at 84 on the mound, Blake has the potential to be a highest-level two-way player.
Michael Dingilian, OF/RHP, Chaminade HS, CA-Michael put on an impressive show during the workout with some of the best numbers at the event to go along with his big offensive tool set. Michael should also have a chance to pitch in the future and should be a highest-level prospect in a few years.
Quincy Quintero, MIF, Valencia HS, CA-Quincy showed big-time offensive tools at the showcase with good bat speed and very quick hands. He stays inside the ball very well and has the tools to be a highest-level hitter in a few years.
Chad Clark, IF/RHP, Agoura Hills HS, CA-Chad is a talented two-way prospect that showed lots of tools at the plate and in the field. His infield tools are advanced and he really swung the bat well during the games.
