1) Christopher Turner, OF, Brandon HS, FL: Christopher’s main attribute is his outstanding
speed. (6.59) He has the tools to be a highest-level prospect at any outfield position
and lots of untapped potential.
2) Donald Smith, C, Dwyer, West Palm Beach, FL: Donald has outstanding raw tools
for a catcher. He is very athletic behind the plate and has huge offensive upside.
Donald is a 2008 prospect that should attract the attention of many colleges throughout
the country.
3) Spencer Theisen, OF, Bishop Moore HS, Longwood, FL: Spencer has a very well-rounded
game and showed above average tools across the board. He has a good looking left-handed
swing and plenty of speed (6.87) and arm strength (87) to be a quality college outfielder.
4) Carlos Fermin, 3B, George Washington HS, New York : Carlos best attribute will
is his big offensive upside. He has an easy swing and the ball jumps off his bat
and should develop quit a bit over the next few years.
5) Jeff Gaston, C, Chesterton HS, IN: Jeff showed great raw tools at the event with
a lot of pop in his bat and big time arm strength behind the plate. Once he polishes
up his game Jeff will be a very solid college catcher.
6) Michael Dimitroff, RHP, College Park HS, The Woodlands, TX: Michael is a polished
RHP with a very good feel for pitching. He has good life on his pitches with plus
command and could contribute early for many college programs.
7) Jason Goode, RHP, Hilton Head HS, SC: Jason has good polish on the mound to complement
a mid 80’s fastball. He is efficient with his pitches and should attract the attention
of many colleges in the southeast.
8) William Whitty, MIF, Lake Braddock HS, Springfield, VA: William has a solid left-handed
swing and the speed needed to be a solid college prospect.
