MPH: 99 mph. Exceptional athlete with lightning quick arm and electric stuff. Fastball topped at 99 mph and he has feel of above-average secondary pitches. Changeup can be a plus pitch.
2. Neil Ramirez RHP 6-3 190 R/R Kempsville HS Virginia Beach, Va.
MPH: 95. Loose-armed and projectable righty with a free and easy delivery, producing easy 91-94 mph heat with the fastball. Showed ability to spin the breaking ball while throwing strikes with the fastball.
3. Tanner Robles LHP 6-4 190 L/L Cottonwood HS Murray, Utah
MPH: 95. Athletic and strong with a repeatable delivery. Pounds the bottom of the zone with low 90s fastball and has a tight curveball with late depth in the strike zone.

MPH: 95. Rangy righty with a low 3/4 slot and loose, strong arm. Has 93-94 mph fastball with lively arm-side action. Best pitch is his sharp, biting 79-83 mph Frisbee-type slider. Both fastball and slider explode in the zone.

MPH: 96. Pure power arm with looseness and an easily projectable body/arm action. Nothing takes much effort, including a fastball in the 90-95 mph range and feel of the changeup. Flashes good curveball, but still a developing pitch.

MPH: 95. Perhaps the most lively stuff at PG National. Explosive and riding 91-94 mph fastball with enough wildness to make hitters uncomfortable. Hard slurvy breaking ball at 76-79 mph and very aggressive with the ball.

MPH: 93. Quite athletic at his size with a loose arm and a good delivery. Has feel for the ball. His 90-92 mph fastball will pick up steam in the coming year and excellent 74-76 mph curveball looks to be a plus pitch in the near future.

MPH: 92 mph. Top lefty in Texas has a strong, durable frame and a repeatable delivery. Pounds bottom of the zone with an 89-91 mph fastball. Can pitch with his sharp curveball, including changing speeds and shape, uses it for strikes or outs.

MPH: 92. Strong, powerful build, gets on top of baseball well. Low 90s fastball can be heavy in bottom of the zone. Best pitch is hard 76-79 mph power curveball, thrown for strikes and outs seemingly at will. Can go to curve to get out of trouble.

MPH: 94. Quick arm and aggressive nature. Slight cross-body delivery creates some eye distraction for hitters. Low 90s fastball with good arm side action from 3/4 slot. Big slider with whiffleball-type movement is an out pitch. Closer’s approach with closer’s stuff.

MPH: 94. Physical-bodied righty with a powerful, deep arm stroke. Drop-and-drive type delivery. Power fastball exits hand easily at 90-92 mph, touches above average. Has developing 77-78 mph slider. Throws strikes with fastball. Better slider bite moves him to another category.

MPH: 92. Lean-bodied hurler with long and clean 3/4 stroke. Has 87-91 fastball with run and sink. Slurvy 78 mph slider is third pitch. Good feel and usability of 78-81 mph changeup. Father is Jim Lawler, head coach at Arkansas-Little Rock.

MPH: 90. Big and broad-bodied righty with MLB bloodlines (father Mickey and uncle Rick Mahler). Heavy upper 80s fastball with sink. Tight downer 76-80 mph curveball is a legitimate out pitch. A bit raw, but the curveball is a difference maker.
