Patrick Irish (2017 C, St. Augustine, FL): Consistently loud, hard contact from both sides of the plate. Has legitimate power, which flashed a bit more consistency from the right side, but still showed off more power than anyone in the Underclass BP.
Luis Ezra (2017 RHP, Miami Lakes, FL): Showed a clean hand path with lots of bat speed to go along with natural strength. Consistently shot balls into the opposite field gap with good carry.
Bryce Bush (2018 3B, Birmingham, MI): Showed a quick bat with plenty of present strength that will continue to manifest into power. Quick, strong wrists with good approach.
Jack Shuttleworth (2017 SS, Hendersonville, TN): Quick stroke with good ability to match swing plane with plane of the pitch. Sprayed hard line drives to all fields.
Daniel Trillo (2017 OF, Miami, FL): Does a really good job of engaging lower half in swing, firing his hips and generating torque. Showed good bat speed and consistently went hard up the middle.
Connor Daly (2017 C, Madison, AL): Showed a good amount of bat speed with serious intent. Does a good job lifting the ball into the air with projectable HR power.
Mike Matovina (2017 MIF, Canton, MI): Clean hand and bat path with solid bat speed. Body and swing both project for good power at maturity.
Elijah Gill (2017 LHP, Jacksonville, FL): Has legitimate raw power and bat speed at present; flashed ability to drive the ball deep into both gaps.
Josh Boyette (2017 LHP, Live Oak, FL): Very simple approach with advanced hand-eye coordination; did a great job incorporating lower half into swing and consistently making hard contact.
Gabriel Rivera (2017 OF, Palmetto Bay, FL): Excellent bat speed throughout round; made hard contact with easy raw power to all fields and premium wrist strength.
Brian Heidbreder (2017 OF, Lake Forest, IL): Showed good ability to drive the ball on a line deep to all fields with backspin and carry.
Mitch Donofrio (2018 SS, Nokomis, FL): Matches plane extremely well with simple approach and overall mechanics; turns the barrel well into extension with solid jump off.
Tyler Ward (2017 1B, Jupiter, FL): Swings hard with intent, drives the ball into the air with authority and excellent overall power. Could have tremendous HR power at maturity.
Zach Huie (2017 OF, Roswell, GA): Consistently clean stroke with quick hands, on time with consistency, hit rising line drives all over the field.
Emanuel Fernandez (2017 LHP, Lake Worth, FL): Consistently powerful barrel when struck squarely; has the projection to be a high level hitter.
