1/2/2016 3:15:00 PM

Aaron Bracho ( SS, El Tigrito, AN) may be the youngest player here, as he won't be eligible to sign as an international free agent for 18 months.  He's a switch-hitter with impressive bat speed from the right side for his age.

Starlin Paulino (2018 SS, Santo Domingo, DOM) has a loose swing with a good plane that comes at the ball from on top and nice extension through contact.  He's very projectable.

Mitchell Golden (2016 SS, Marietta, GA) is a very quick twitch athlete but he has plenty of strength as well.  His swing mechanics and rhythm are a bit better from the left side but he has legit prospect bat speed from both sides.

Paul McIntosh (2016 C, Miami Gardens, FL) has an extra strong but well proportioned 6-0/230 build.  He absolutely crushed some balls to the huge left centerfield gap at the stadium field that would have been out of almost any other park.

Jackson Nichols (2016 C, Nacogdoches, TX) has very nice hitting mechanics, with a well timed move into contact and a short right handed swing with very good bat speed.

Tyler Sylvester (2016 3B, Lithonia, GA) is a 6-2/215 right handed hitter with a simple and well timed rock back load that lets his plus strength work well for him.  He showed plus power to both alleys.

Kip Brandenburg (2016 SS, Greensboro, NC) is unusually big for a middle infielder at 6-5/200.  He has a very aggressive move into contact and generates big bat speed that drove the ball hard and deep to right centerfield.

Kobe Lopez (2016 SS, Orlando, FL) is the opposite of Brandenburg at 5-7/134 but he has notable bat speed from of the loosest and cleanest swings you'll see.  He impacts the ball hard very consistently.

Livingston Morris (2016 OF, Woodstock, GA) is one strong young man at 6-4/220.  His swing is a big long and arm driven but the bat speed is there and the ball explodes when he squares it up.

Brian Rey (2016 SS, Deltona, FL) is another quick twitch middle infielder who a very nice swing and enough strength to drive the ball.  He looks like a very high average hitter.

Mason Studstill (2016 3B, Titusville, FL) was the only right handed  hitter at this event to hit a home run and he took it out to the right of the scoreboard in left center, an impressive feet.  He squared up plenty of other balls hard as well.

Tyler Mattes (2016 RHP, Lakewood Ranch, FL) is a primary pitcher but he definitely has the hitting tools and bat speed to be a two-way player at the next level.  The ball really jumped off his bat.

Nelson Alvarez (2016 RHP, Miami, FL) is another primary right handed pitcher who has next level hitting tools, tools that are amplified by the strength on his 6-6/230 frame.

James Kirklin III (2016 OF, Kennesaw, GA) has very quick hands and a short right handed swing that peppered hard line drives all over the field.

Travis Hall (2016 OF, Tallahassee, FL) really stands out at 6-5/220 but has a short and very well timed swing for a hitter that tall and generated lots of right handed bat speed.

Dean Looney (2016 OF, Matthews, NC) is an old style hitter with a low left handed  swing set and a full gorilla swing that looks to really drive the ball.  He generates big back spin and big carry on the ball.

Todd Lott (2016 OF, Jacksonville, FL) is a Louisiana-Lafayette signee who could get plenty of pro attention this spring with his plus 6-4/215 build and easy bat speed and power.

Jaquez Williams (2016 1B, Newnan, GA) is 6-3/210 but swings a smaller bat than one would expect out of a big power hitter, somewhat like Barry Bonds did.  He also swings it very, very quickly and lifted a pair of deep home runs over the right field fence.

Brandon Chinea (2016 SS, Palmetto Bay, FL) has a very simple and direct hitting approach and squared the ball up to the pull side virtually every swing.

Akil Baddoo (2016 OF, Conyers, GA) has outstanding left handed bat speed and big power potential, in part due to how much back spin he imparts on the ball.

Hayden Freeman (2016 OF, Hoover, AL) is another extra strong right handed hitter at 6-3/223.  He took a very solid BP with consistent hard contact and big carry to left field.

Terrell Frazier (2016 OF, Atlanta, GA) has a very projectable 6-3/165 build and a simple set of swing mechanics.  The bat speed is good now and is going to keep getting better as he gets stronger.

Dariel Torres (2016 OF, Baltimore, MD) stays inside the ball with proper execution and balance and generates very good bat speed for consistent hard right centerfield line drive contact.

Jacob Matheny (2016 C, Weldon Spring, MO) has long arms and legs for a 6-2/190 athlete and creates big leverage in his swing with lots of middle of the field carry.
